If you want to escape the massive crowds, the loud music, and sticky sand everywhere, you must check out Cala Banys!It is completely different from the main beaches. There is zero sand here, just beautiful, rugged volcanic rocks and crystal clear water. It feels peaceful, I spent hours here, it is also an amazing spot for snorkelling. But the absolute best part is the Bar Cala Banys perched right above the rocks. It is pure bliss. Instead of sitting on a towel on the ground, you can lounge on comfortable sofas on their outdoor terraces, surrounded by palm trees and overlooking the cliffs and very nice drinks. It is a bit of a steep walk from the main beach along the coastal path, but it is worth it. Go there for a relaxing afternoon, grab a cocktail, and enjoy the views.
