You have three main options, depending on your budget and how fast you want to start partying:

The Budget Saver (Intercity Bus): This costs only around €4 each way. It takes you straight to the center of Ayia Napa in about 50 minutes. It’s super cheap, but watch the schedule—the last bus usually leaves around 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

The Shared Shuttle: This costs around €15 per person

About the water park, IS ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT. This isn’t some basic waterpark for little kids. It is one of the biggest Greek mythology-themed waterparks in Europe, and it is a literal institution here in Ayia Napa. They often have live DJ sets right by the massive wave pool. You can grab a drink and dance in your swimsuit all afternoon.
